Q: Where can I apply my package?
A: If you purchase a Standard Cabin package it can only be applied towards Standard Cabin. If you purchase Loft Suite package it can only be applied towards Loft Suite. You cannot purchase a Standard Cabin package and apply it towards Loft Suite and vice versa. Daycare packages are for standard Daycare only and do not cover Premium Enrichment Daycare.

Q: What about add-on's?
A: The boarding packages do not cover any add-on's you choose.

Q: Do the packages expire?
A: Nope! They never expire.

Q: How does the package work if I have multiple dogs?
A: The boarding packages are per family, so that means that they can work off of the same package.

Q: Are the packages refundable?
A: Boarding and Daycare packages are non-refundable.

Q: How do I purchase a Daycare or Boarding package?
A: Log into your DSR Portal to purchase or call our office!

Q: Can I purchase a Boarding package after I've checked my dog(s) in?
A: Boarding packages must be purchased at least 1 day prior to check in. Boarding packages purchased the day of or after the dog(s) have checked in cannot be applied to the current stay.
